What’s the first place most people gain fat? Their belly. Where’s the last place they loose it? Again, their belly. It’s the part of the body nearly everybody is unhappy with, and wish they could loose that fat. But, just eating less, or working out more, isn’t always going to give the results we want.

According to a new study from Columbia University and the University of Miami, regular exercise can help keep your brain young! The reason for the study is that researchers, including the author of the study, Clinton Wright, M.D., have found that after the age of 30, some mental skills start to decline. According to the
