The upper and lower handlebar fore/aft positions can accommodate any user size and all treadmill workout options. And, a rear handle allows you to easily move the Cascade Ultra Runner Plus around your workout space.

This compact design is fully commercial, made to be maintenance free and built to last. With no minimum or maximum speed, this treadmill is great for every fitness level from beginners to professionals.

The console features interval programs, and displays time, distance, calories, watts, heart-rate, and speed. A large LCD screen includes the 7 workout modes, including 20/10, 20/30, custom intervals, and 4 target settings. And, it includes a built-in heart rate receiver.
