Find Time to Add Burpees to your Plan – What’s a burpee? Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, lower your body and place your hands on the floor. Kick your legs back into a push up position. Do a push up, then reverse the move. Jump up and do it again. Do as many as you can for 5 minutes. And, doing this when you have a break, burns extra holiday calories as well as helping you with staying fit.

If a normal calorie count per day is about 2500 calories for men and 2000 for women, staying below this per day will allow you do see where you can cut calories due to those times you may have taken in more than normal.
