 Spirit XIC600 Indoor Cycle

Indoor Cycling gives you a low-impact cardio workout, while helping you build muscle endurance. When you are pedaling you increase the endurance of the muscles in your legs to include the quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteus, and the calf muscles. Working these muscles also helps to strengthen surrounding bones, tendons, and ligaments increasing overall strength so that activities of daily living can be performed with ease. And, you get the same rush of adrenaline that you’d get from running, without the risk of stress-related injuries. Start training to your full potential with your own XIC600 Indoor Cycle.

The Spirit XIC600 Indoor Cycle is the newest edition to Spirit’s fitness cycle line – perfect for those that want to get the same benefits of their local gym’s spin class in their home! Featuring components of similar quality to expensive indoor bikes, the Spirit XIC600 also includes a heavy duty 48.5 lb precision balanced chrome plated flywheel, belt drive system, and superior cranks create a system that is smooth, quiet, and durable.
