Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1 Cup Low Fat Natural Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Strawberry Flavored Protein Powder
Directions:
Mix all of the above ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Put mixture into the freezer for 3 hours. Once mix has frozen for 3 hours, serve.
