Protein Strawberry-Raspberry Ice Cream

One of the more difficult aspects of maintaining a healthy diet, is giving up some of those happy indulgences like ice cream. But, what if there was a way to still occasionally enjoy some? And, what if it was packed full of healthy protein – protein needed for post workout recovery and muscle growth? Try this recipe for Protein Strawberry-Raspberry Ice Cream. It’s simple to make, and can satisfy both your sweet tooth as well as provide a healthy desert addition to your diet!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 Cup Low Fat Natural Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Strawberry Flavored Protein Powder

Directions:

Mix all of the above ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Put mixture into the freezer for 3 hours. Once mix has frozen for 3 hours, serve.
