Available in 2 color-coded resistances, light and medium. Sold individually. Includes a free downloadable exercise guide.

The SPRI Flat Band Loop are 15-inch long, 4-inch wide closed-loop flat bands, and are ideal for upper and lower leg resistance training. 2 resistance levels: Light (Green) = 4″ Wide x 15″ Long x 17 mil thick, and Medium (Plum) = 4″ Wide x 15″ Long x 20 mil thick
