We’ve been seeing quite a bit of progress over the last few weeks on our new Phoenix I-10 Superstore location. Doors are projected to open on or around March 1st. Located on the I-10 between 40th St & University, we will be part of the new Reliance Broadway Center visible from both directions on the I-10. Our official address for our new location is:

In the last few weeks, we’ve had the new signs installed facing the I-10, the interior walls for our showroom have been installed, sheetrock has gone up both in the showroom and warehouse, and electrical has been run throughout. Next up is the ceiling installation in the showroom, interior paint and doors installed, carbet laid, and the glass wall partition between our showroom and warehouse to be installed. It’s coming along nicely!
This new Phoenix I-10 Superstore will bring both store and warehouse under one roof by combining and replacing our existing Tempe warehouse and Chandler store, while also complementing our Camelback and Scottsdale stores. This unique location will feature a boutique sized traditional showroom and a large Costco style warehouse showroom. It will also serve as warehouse and distribution center for our other stores and commercial division.
Centrally located with easy access from the I-10 this new location gives us more space, better logistics, and the ability to provide a very unique shopping experience for our customers.All this is happening as our new space build out is being completed and we finish out lease terms at our current warehouse and Chandler store the end of February.
