First, what is a vibration trainer, also known as a vibration plate? A vibration plate is a fitness training system that can increase your weight loss potential. Studies have shown that you can burn more than 170 calories in just five minutes when using a vibration trainer. A vibration trainer also stimulates your muscles, improves the flow of lymph, decreases blood pressure and increases blood circulation and oxygenation.

How a Vibration Trainer Works

A vibration trainer can be used during strength training, yoga, or pilates training sessions.
