Free Shipping conditions and possible limitations

Please be aware that all “free shipping” items shipped via semi-truck are curbside drop off at the end of the driveway only and do not include inside delivery or set-up. Items shipped via UPS will be brought to your door. In rare situations, some areas may be considered undeliverable or have additional shipping charges. Also, for larger orders, your delivery address must be accessible by a semi-trailer truck.

Once you have made your purchase

After making your purchase, we will process your order to ship. You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped providing you with tracking information and all other pertinent information so you can follow your shipments progress. Typically, in-stock items shipped via semi-truck will be received within 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks). Items shipped via UPS ground typically arrive in 7-10 business days. Some exceptions will apply.

Preparing for your order to arrive

For items shipped via a freight carrier, you will receive a call from the designated freight company to set up a delivery time. At that point they will coordinate a date and time window for the drop off. Please be aware that there is usually an unavoidable, several hour time window provided to you by the freight company. This is an extremely important appointment to keep because the freight company has technically done their job by driving the freight to your house. If this appointment is missed, the designated freight company may charge a “Re-Delivery fee” which will not be covered by Fitness 4 Home Superstore.

Once your order arrives at the designated delivery address

IMPORTANT: Before you sign for your order, please inspect your shipment carefully. If you notice any kind of damage to the box, or missing/short items please ask the driver to note it on the freight bill. If there is significant damage visible refuse the items and the designated freight company will send the products back to us. Remember, once you sign for your order, Title of Goods passes to you, the purchaser.

Once you sign for your order, even if the product inside the box seems OK, it is still better to report any damage. This way, if there is “concealed damage” which you discover after your order has been opened; it will be easier to make a freight claim. Now don’t worry, even if the box seems OK, but you find there is an issue with the product you will still be covered for it. If you do discover that there is concealed damage to your order, call us within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise and we will work together to rectify the situation. Fitness 4 Home Superstore will always use the best and most reliable common freight carriers available to us and we go to great lengths to protect your merchandise.

Online Purchase Returns & Exchanges

At Fitness 4 Home Superstore, Inc. customer satisfaction is our goal so we go to great lengths to ensure you get the equipment that’s just right for you. In the rare case we are unable to meet your needs we offer a 30-day return policy on most items.

Our aim is to make refunds as fair and easy as possible so with the original sales receipt, returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in new and undamaged condition with all accompanying manuals, parts and options. Accessories must be returned in their original packaging to receive a refund.

A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns. For items shipped, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the product which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Sales are considered final on the following items which are not returnable:

Custom and special order items, pre-owned equipment, closeouts and discontinued items, floor models, free weights, dumbbells and weight plates. Equipment kept outdoors or in a non-climate controlled environment will also be considered a final sale and are non-refundable.

Accessories must be returned in their original packaging to receive a refund.

If you would like to exchange an item, we will credit or bill you the difference upon verifying your return item is in our possession and determined to be undamaged and new condition and then deliver the new item.

Refund Process

Returned items are refunded from the original purchase price less a 25% re-stocking fee and return shipping costs in the original method of payment. Customers who paid by cash or check will be refunded by a company check from Corporate Headquarters within 30 days.

Warranty

All products Fitness 4 Home Superstore, Inc. sells are new unless otherwise specified. Each new item purchased may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Equipment improperly assembled, or not assembled by an authorized dealer and equipment kept outdoors or in a non-climate controlled environment may void the manufactures warranty.
