The Legion 5′ Olympic Bar – 400lb, 28mm, Chrome is made of chrome plated high-grade steel, featuring high-strength oxidation resistance. With a 5” length, this bar has a shaft diameter of 28mm. Needle bearings allow for a smoother, quieter spin and a more reliable turnover at higher weight loads, while reducing pressure on wrists and forearms.
Please note that this bar measures 46 ½” between the sleeves – so it will not fit an Olympic bench.
