Seven Back-Pad Positions
The back pad offers seven clearly marked adjustment positions:

This range gives users the flexibility to perform flat, low-incline, traditional incline, and near-vertical pressing movements from one bench.
Three Adjustable Seat Positions
The seat pad provides three adjustment positions, allowing it to remain flat or angle upward for improved positioning and support during incline and upright pressing exercises.
The seat and back pad have also been repositioned to reduce the space between them, creating a tighter 50 mm pad gap for improved comfort and support.
Captured Adjustment Systems
Unlike adjustment arms that can lift away from the frame when the bench is moved or repositioned, both the back-pad and seat-pad adjustment mechanisms are captured within the frame.
This retained ladder-style design keeps the adjustment arms securely connected to the bench, so they will not pull away, disengage, or swing loose while changing positions or moving the bench around the gym. It provides a more secure, controlled, and premium adjustment experience.
Built for Daily Training
The Spartan Studio bench combines a strong steel frame with reinforced pivot points and a stable front support structure. Protective rubber contact surfaces help keep the bench planted while minimizing movement and protecting flooring.
A built-in transport handle and rear wheels allow the bench to be tilted and rolled into position without lifting the entire unit.
