Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns & Exchanges – Fitness 4 Home Superstore

At Fitness 4 Home Superstore, we believe in being clear and upfront about returns. Please review the policy below before purchasing.


Return Window

Most eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase with the original sales receipt.

Returned items must be:

  • New and unused
  • Undamaged
  • Complete with all manuals, parts, attachments, and original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to additional fees.


Restocking Fees

All approved returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Restocking fees may be higher if:

  • Original packaging is missing or damaged
  • The product shows signs of use
  • Components or accessories are missing

Return Shipping

For items that were shipped:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • All weights, bars, and accessories
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Flooring
  • Soft goods
  • Pre-owned equipment
  • Closeouts, discontinued items, and floor models
  • Equipment used outdoors or stored in a non-climate-controlled environment

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged. Once the original item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in new condition:

  • Any price difference will be credited or billed
  • Delivery or pickup of the replacement item will be arranged

Deposits, Pickup & Storage Limits

For items placed on deposit:

  • Items must be paid in full within 30 days of the original invoice
  • Pickup or delivery must occur within 60 days of the original invoice

After 60 days, the sale is considered final, and all deposits are forfeited.


Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment, including applicable sales tax.

  • Cash or check purchases are refunded via company check
  • Refund checks are issued from Corporate Headquarters within 30 days

Warranty Reminder

All products are new unless otherwise stated and may include a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranties may be void if equipment is:

  • Improperly assembled
  • Not assembled by an authorized provider
  • Used outdoors or in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Used commercially when designated for residential use

Commercial Customer Addendum

Commercial Customer Terms Addendum

This Commercial Customer Addendum applies to all purchases intended for commercial, multi-user, or non-residential environments, including but not limited to gyms, studios, apartments, HOAs, schools, hotels, corporate wellness facilities, and training centers.

This Addendum supplements the Fitness 4 Home Superstore Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.


Commercial Equipment Responsibility

Commercial customers are responsible for confirming that all equipment purchased is:

  • Rated for commercial use
  • Appropriate for the intended environment and traffic level

If there is any uncertainty, customers are encouraged to contact Fitness 4 Home before purchasing.


No Returns on Installed or Used Equipment

Once commercial equipment has been:

  • Installed
  • Assembled
  • Used
  • Or placed into service

It is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.


Warranty Limitations

Manufacturer warranties apply as provided by the manufacturer.

Warranties do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from high-traffic use
  • Improper installation or assembly
  • Use of residential-rated equipment in a commercial setting
  • Abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

Fitness 4 Home does not provide additional warranty coverage beyond the manufacturer’s terms.


Freight, Access & Site Conditions

Commercial customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying delivery access, doorways, ceiling height, and flooring
  • Coordinating any rigging, stairs, elevators, or special access needs
  • Ensuring compliance with local codes and facility requirements

Additional delivery or access costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitness 4 Home Superstore is not liable for:

  • Business interruption
  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Downtime related to equipment service or repair

Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the equipment.


Governing Law

This Addendum is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
