Welcome to Fitness 4 Home Superstore, Inc. (“Fitness 4 Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We’ve been in the fitness equipment business for decades, and we believe in being clear, fair, and upfront.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Fitness 4 Home Superstore. By accessing our website, placing an order, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Use of Our Website

You may use this website for lawful shopping and informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion.

Product Information & Accuracy

We work hard to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Specifications and availability may change without notice
  • Product images may be representative and may not reflect minor design or finish updates
  • Errors or omissions may occur

If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to correct it, adjust pricing, or cancel an order—even after an order has been placed.

Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping or pickup location.

Orders are not final until payment is authorized and confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Financing & Third-Party Payment Providers

Financing options, when available, are offered through third-party providers. Approval, rates, terms, and repayment obligations are determined solely by the financing provider.

Fitness 4 Home:

  • Does not control financing approvals or terms
  • Is not responsible for financing decisions or denials
  • Cannot modify financing agreements

All financing disputes must be resolved directly with the financing provider.

Shipping & Delivery

Freight & Curbside Delivery

Most fitness equipment ships via freight and is delivered curbside only, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring delivery access
  • Moving equipment from curbside into their space
  • Providing adequate help and equipment for unloading

Delivery Inspection (Very Important)

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

Any visible damage or missing items must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Failure to note damage at delivery may void freight claims and limit our ability to assist.

Assembly & Installation

Assembly is not included unless explicitly stated.

If assembly services are arranged:

  • The customer is responsible for adequate space, clearance, and access
  • Fitness 4 Home is not responsible for building limitations, flooring issues, or structural constraints

Improper assembly, misuse, unauthorized modifications, outdoor use, or use in a non-climate-controlled environment may void warranties.


Residential vs. Commercial Use (Read Carefully)

Residential Equipment

Equipment designated for residential use is intended for private, in-home environments only.

Residential equipment may not be used in:

  • Commercial gyms
  • Apartment or multi-housing fitness rooms
  • Personal training studios
  • Corporate, school, hotel, HOA, or shared facilities

Using residential equipment in a commercial or semi-commercial setting voids the manufacturer’s warranty and may result in denied service or replacement claims.

Commercial Equipment

Equipment designated as commercial-grade is designed for high-traffic, multi-user environments.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the equipment purchased matches the intended use. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering—we’ll help you choose correctly.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points are summarized below for clarity.

Return Eligibility

Most eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase with the original sales receipt.

Returned items must be:

  • New and unused
  • Undamaged
  • Complete with all manuals, parts, attachments, and original packaging

Restocking Fees

All eligible returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Fees may be higher if packaging is missing or the product shows signs of use or damage.

Return Shipping

For shipped items:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All weights, bars, and accessories
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Soft goods
  • Pre-owned equipment
  • Closeouts, discontinued items, and floor models
  • Equipment used outdoors or stored in a non-climate-controlled environment

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted for eligible items. Once the original item is received, inspected, and approved, we will credit or bill any price difference and arrange delivery or pickup of the replacement item.

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment, including applicable sales tax.

  • Cash or check purchases are refunded via company check
  • Refund checks are issued from Corporate Headquarters within 30 days

Deposits, Pickup & Storage Limits

For items placed on deposit:

  • Items must be paid in full within 30 days of the original invoice
  • Pickup or delivery must occur within 60 days of the original invoice

After 60 days, the sale is considered final, and all deposits are forfeited.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Fitness 4 Home first to resolve any order or billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restriction and collection efforts where permitted by law.

Warranties

All products sold by Fitness 4 Home Superstore are new unless otherwise stated and may include a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranties may be void if equipment is:

  • Improperly assembled
  • Not assembled by an authorized provider
  • Used outdoors or in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Used commercially when designated for residential use

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Assumption of Risk

Exercise equipment involves inherent risk. By purchasing and using equipment from Fitness 4 Home, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical activity.

Always consult a physician before starting a fitness program.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitness 4 Home Superstore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or lost profits.

Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, images, text, videos, and designs—is the property of Fitness 4 Home Superstore and may not be used without written permission.

Privacy Policy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Arizona courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
