The Legion 5′ Commercial Olympic Bar – 400lb, 28mm, Chrome is made of chrome plated high-grade steel, featuring high-strength oxidation resistance. With a 5” length, this bar has a shaft diameter of 28mm.
Please note that this bar measures 46 ½” between the sleeves – so it will not fit an Olympic bench.
The Legion 5′ Commercial Olympic Bar is perfect for accessory work such as curls, allowing your clients to perform close grip exercises with better balance.
A non-slip grip featuring medium-depth diamond knurling provides better gripping surface, and a shaft diameter of 28mm. Needle bearings allow for a smoother, quieter spin and a more reliable turnover at higher weight loads, while reducing pressure on wrists and forearms.
