Whether it’s CrossFit, powerlifting, or something more than a typical Smith machine, the Legion X5 Ballista Pro All-In-One Functional Strength Trainer is the perfect Multi Trainer for your athletic facility, commercial gym, or training studio. It’s truly a beast!

The Legion X5 Ballista Pro All-In-One Functional Strength Trainer is nine strength training machines into a single Half Rack footprint, saving thousands of dollars versus buying each station separately—in a fraction of the floor space! The X5 Ballista Pro features a 2:1 cable pulley ratio, 11-gauge steel uprights (3’x3′), and over a dozen functional attachments.

Half Rack – Perform squats, lunges, bench presses, chest presses, and more on the front half rack. Includes commercial-grade J-Hooks and Safeties that attach to 42 adjustment points using 1″ diameter holes (1 1/2″ spacing lower rack and 3″ spacing upper rack) on the front of the frame, allowing you to change height levels between exercises quickly. At the rear of the rack, we’ve included two barbell storage holders that accommodate Olympic barbells, so you don’t need to buy an additional wall rack.

Functional Trainer – The heavy-duty roller pulleys move up and down 34 adjustment points on the front of the half-rack with a knurled grip handle that locks firmly into place with a convenient pop pin. The pulleys connect into dual integrated 200 lb weight stacks situated at the back of the frame. Perform flyes, lat pulldowns, low rows, curls, and more. Activate the functional trainer using 2,000 lb cables with a 2:1 cable pulley ratio.

Chin-up – The X5 Pro includes two chin-up bar options: a straight chin-up bar and a multi-grip chin-up bar. The multi-grip chin-up and pull-up station feature knurled gripping that allows for wide-grip, close grip, underhand, and overhand positions. The monkey bar is perfect for traditional pull-ups, muscle-ups, and kipping pull-ups.

Landmine – Build peak power with the included landmine attachment. The landmine is a swivel arm that attaches to either side of the front uprights and receives a barbell for rotational torso training. Perform squats, thrusters, single-arm presses, anti-rotations, and more. Additionally, you get a multi-grip landmine handle attachment that further upgrades your landmine training options, including deadlifts, upward rows, shoulder presses, rotations, etc.

Suspension Trainer – Focus on over 50 core strength, stability, and muscular endurance exercises using the suspension trainer stirrup on the multi-grip chin-up bar.

Low Row – Our steel low row plate improves stamina and strength by using low impact pulls from the seated position. The low row plate measures 25″ x 10″ and attaches to the front of either upright on the half rack. Features slip-resistant diamond plating with a black powder-coated finish for added durability and grip.

Jammer Arms – Perform multiple explosive lifts, including incline bench presses, bent-over rows, deadlifts, shrugs, squats, snatches, lunges, and more.

Lat Pulldown Seat with Knee Holder – Convert the Functional Trainer into a lat pulldown station to strengthen your latissimus dorsi muscle for better posture and spinal stability.

Multi-grip Lat Pulldown Handle – Target different muscle groups during lat pulldowns with three different grip positions ranging from narrow to wide-grip.

Multi-grip Landmine Handle – Designed for all types of rotational torso training and allows for a wide range of upper body training.

4 x Storage Shelves – Includes four metal shelves (38″ x 17″) with rubber liners. Perfect for storing attachments, dumbells, kettlebells, cups, gloves, and so much more.
