This All-In-One Trainer is constructed of heavy gauge rolled steel tubing, high quality cables and pulleys, and 2x 220lb Steel Stack Weight Plate sets. With the X3 Spatha, the Smith Machine is a linear bearing, counter balanced system, and uses Olympic weights for resistance – and is completely separate system from the pulley system. The counter balanced bar for the Smith Machine, lets you accurately control how much weight they want to train with.
