SPRI Flat Band Loop

Bring resistance training to your upper and lower legs with the SPRI® Flat Band Loop. This band fits comfortably around the upper or lower legs for resistive hip and knee movements though all planes of motion. Each band is also lightweight for easy packing and training on-the-go. 15″ long and 4″ wide closed-loop band. Made from high quality natural rubber.

The SPRI Flat Band Loop are 15-inch long, 4-inch wide closed-loop flat bands, and are ideal for upper and lower leg resistance training. 2 resistance levels: Light (Green) = 4″ Wide x 15″ Long x 17 mil thick, and Medium (Plum) = 4″ Wide x 15″ Long x 20 mil thick

Two color-coded resistances:

  • Light – Resistance Level 1 – 17mm (Green)
  • Medium – Resistance Level 2 – 20mm (Red)
