Crafted from the finest materials, the TuffStuff PPL-150 Prone Leg Curl is ideal for outfitting any commercial weight room, recreation center, apartment complex or professional gym.
TuffStuff’s PPL-150 Prone Leg Curl is designed to strengthen the hamstrings, calves and hip flexors. When lowering your feet back down, the buttocks (gluteus muscles), thighs (quadriceps), and front of the shins (tibialis anterior) are activated too.
Using the highest quality 2″ tubular and 2″ x 3″ rectangular steel, the TuffStuff PPL-150 Prone Leg Curl is engineered and manufactured at TuffStuff’s California-based headquarters. Simple to use and adjust, the TuffStuff PPL-150 Prone Leg Curl includes angled hip and chest pads designed to promote a prone position to minimize spinal hyperextension. The adjustable foot roll accommodates different leg lengths without affecting knee alignment with the axis of rotation. While the counter-balanced resistance cam ensures the starting weight is 0lbs.
The TuffStuff PPL-150 Prone Leg Curl includes upholstery custom crafted from Premium Bolta Sport vinyl, with a PreFixx protective finish. It is mildew resistant, anti-microbial, oil and sulfide stain resistant and resists UV lightfastness. Meets or exceeds most flammability test requirements. All upholsteries are double-stitched with “hidden” borders.
