The Concept2 RowErg Indoor Rower sets the standard for indoor rowing machines. Built by rowers, for rowers, the RowErg is used by people of all ages and abilities worldwide who want a full-body, low-impact workout. The RowErg is engineered to work smoothly, be easy to maintain, and last a lifetime.
The standard RowErg has a 14” seat height, while the optional, elevated version has taller legs that provide a 20” seat height. The increased seat height can make it easier to get on and off. Adjustable footrests allow for quick and easy sizing to fit a wide range of shoe sizes. The ergonomic handle has been designed with a 10-degree bend that allows users to row comfortably with a natural arm and hand position.
The Concept2 RowErgs Indoor Rower uses air resistance to respond to the user’s effort on every stroke, so they are in full control of their exertion and resistance at all times. The spiral damper allows users to easily adjust the airflow to the flywheel, so they can change the feel of the stroke to suit their preference. The flywheel design minimizes noise while maximizing a smooth feel.
The PM5 Performance Monitor, standard with every RowErg, provides repeatable, comparable data for every workout. The PM5 offers a simple “Just Row” mode or allows users to set up a variety of workouts. The monitor shows a wide range of data, including pace, watts, stroke rate and Calories and automatically stores this information in either its internal memory or a USB drive.
The Concept2 RowErg is the same machine used by Olympic- and elite-level athletes to train for their sport—it’ll take the abuse of heavy training day after day. The RowErg Indoor Rower is easy to wheel around for workouts and can be quickly separated into two pieces (no tools required) for compact storage – perfect for locations that need flexible space. Plus, the taller legs of the elevated version feature large caster wheels for easier moving.

- PM5 Performance Monitor provides distance, speed, pace, Calories, and watts for each workout, and users can choose between five display options: all data, force curve, bar chart, large print and having a paceboat/pacer.
- PM5 Performance Monitor supports both ANT+ and Bluetooth, allowing users to connect to a wide range of wireless devices.
- 14” legs standard, or 20” legs available to increase seat height. Fitness facilities and other high-use, multiple-user environments often prefer the RowErg with the elevated seat height. The additional seat height makes for improved accessibility, as well as giving it visibility and presence in a club setting.
