The Tuff Stuff PPF-810 Deluxe Power Rack is great for weight lifting workouts and is built for safety and variety. The PPF-810 has a multi-grip chin-up bar for wide, narrow, reverse and neutral grip for your upper body exercises.
The wide base frame of this power rack is designed for traditional weight lifting or functional training, and to accommodate benches, stability balls, balance boards and Bosu trainers.
Patented spring assist Swing-Lock J-Hook bar catches are laser-cut 5/8-inch thick solid steel protected with industrial strength custom plastic molding. Front and back facing J-Hooks allow user to face in either direction to perform the exercises.
Welded knurled zinc plated fixed multi-grip pull-up bar station for wide, narrow, reverse and neutral grip. 2-inch round fat bar connectors double as additional pull-up station.
