Unlike many other half-rack units, the Legion HR3 Lt Commercial Half-Rack w/ Hi-Lo Pulley also features a plate-loaded Lat Pulldown functionality built-in and also includes the lat pulldown and row bar. This half-rack also has a multi-grip chin-up bar, two spotter arms, 2X fixed foot plates for low-row exercises, two J-hooks, and two spotter arms.

Weight plate storage on both sides of this rack makes accessing weight plates safe and simple, and an Olympic Bar holder also helps keep Olympic bars stored and accessible, even during those sessions that don’t require an Olympic bar.
