Use the SPRI Original Xertube® to isolate targeted muscle groups through a full range of motion to strengthen and tone arms, chest, shoulders, and back. This versatile tool is perfect for group exercise, personal training, and even travel. The progressive resistance levels also make this tool ideal for all fitness levels.

Heavy-duty, high quality tubing resists tears and abrasions. Available in color-coded resistances ranging from very light to ultra heavy. The very light resistance is also available with soft handles for a more comfortable resistance training workout. Sold individually. Includes a downloadable exercise guide.

For carpeted or rough surfaces, we recommend the original Step Tube with the protective rubber sleeve.

  • Yellow: Very light resistance for a beginner
  • Green: Light resistance for a moderately fit individual (Average Women, 50% more resistant than Yellow)
  • Red: Medium resistance for a fit individual (Active Women or Average Man, 40% more resistant than Green)
  • Blue: Heavy resistance for a fit individual (Advanced Men or Women, 42% more resistant than Red)
  • Purple: Ultra Heavy resistance for an extremely fit individual (Elite Men or Women, 20% more resistant than Blue)
