The Dual Function Mounting system easily attaches to your wall or functional cage for a new dimension in Personal and Small Group Training. You only need 10′ from the attachment point which makes the BRST System perfect for Club, Studio, or space-challenged workout areas. Mounting System Included.

Because the BRST handles are 6lbs. each, The Abs Company was were able to cut the length of the rope in HALF! You only need 10′ from the attachment point allowing you to train more people in less space.
